About the presenters:

Prawindra Mukhia: Advocate for Sustainable Project Management in Local Government and Community Projects

With an impressive career spanning multiple countries and projects, Prawindra Mukhia is a seasoned professional in program and project management, covering diverse engineering projects. Having led numerous water supply projects and contributed to Christchurch’s post-earthquake infrastructure rebuild, he is also a strong advocate for sustainability in local government. In retirement, he chairs PMINZ’s Sustainability SIG, a global volunteer at PMI Sustainability Outreach Committee. Prawindra's extensive experience in engineering and sustainability, coupled with his volunteer efforts has been acknowledged by him receiving the 2023 GPM Sustainability Award and the 2024 Rotary District 9999 Environment Trophy.

Sean Whitaker: 
Project Management Consultant and Influencer with Nearly 30 Years in Construction and IT

As the Founder and CEO of Crystal Consulting, Sean Whitaker brings a pragmatic and jargon-free approach to consultancy in project management. His career spans construction, urban infrastructure, IT/IS, and software projects, where he has consistently delivered complex initiatives. Sean is a PMI New Zealand Fellow, and recognised as a published author and educator. He knows what good project management looks like and is passionate about simplifying project management for organizations globally, helping teams enhance their competencies and project success rates.

Bill Peacocke: 
Strategic Project Delivery Consultant with Expertise in Organisational Change and Infrastructure

Bill Peacocke is a well-respected consultant with a background in civil engineering and business strategy. With experience in power and telecommunications infrastructure, he supports New Zealand’s organisational success through effective strategy, portfolio, and project delivery. Bill’s consultancy focuses on developing sustainable practices and improving project management capabilities across sectors. His work has helped organisations establish PMOs and refine change delivery processes to improve project outcomes, making him a key voice in New Zealand’s project management landscape.

Maricel “Cel” Medes Dijamco: 
PMO and Operations Director, Judge for PMI Global Awards, with 20 Years in IT Project Management

Maricel Medes Dijamco, known as Cel, has a distinguished career in IT project management, focusing on ERP, CRM, and HCM solutions. As Director of PMO and Operations at Alxemy Business Solutions, she is also one of the judges for the PMI PMO Global Awards Competitions and collaborates with PMINZ Sustainability SIG to increase awareness and maximize project success in NZ. Cel supports businesses in driving strategic initiatives, continuously enhancing processes, best practices, resource management, reporting, and stakeholder experience management. She is passionate about making a positive impact in every project, program, organization, country, or globally.
