Wed, 6 Aug, 10:30am - 12:30pm NZST

Event description

Join us for a conversation as we share insights and discuss practical ways to close the gender pay gap.

This event brings together business leaders and change-makers to share insights and ideas. You’ll hear from the Ministry for Women on the Gender Pay Gap Toolkit – and then work alongside fellow business leaders in an interactive session designed to capture real-world needs, challenges and ideas facing small to medium businesses.

Recent research, commissioned by the Ministry for Women and delivered by Strategic Pay, shows that small–medium enterprises (SMEs) want clearer, more targeted resources to help address gender pay gaps in their workplaces. Your knowledge and experience will directly inform how the Ministry can strengthen its support for SMEs working to reduce their gender pay gap and support women’s economic empowerment.

We hope you’ll join us for this important conversation.
