Let's Talk Women's Health - Kindness Shake x Connected Women Darwin

Kindness Shake and Connected Women Darwin are teaming up to bring you a private, safe women-only health session. 

No matter where you are in your women's health journey, this session is here to empower and support you. 

Speaker: Kartiki Shinde, Bilingual Health Educator from Australian Red Cross NT, will gently guide us through: 

• Contraceptive choices - what's available, how to access them in Australia, and understanding side effects
• A friendly, judgement free space where women can ask anything and feel heard

This session is a part of the Health in My Language program, created to support migrant and refugee women, funded by the Australian Government and the Multicultural Centre for Women's Health.
