Event description

Are you struggling to talk to your son about difficult topics like alcohol, drug use, pornography, mental health and masculinity? Are you concerned about his well-being but not sure what to do?

Getting our boys to open up can be a real challenge, especially as a parent. At Top Blokes, we’ve spent the past 14 years working with thousands of young men to have these difficult conversations with the goal of improving their critical thinking and well-being and reducing the rates of suicides, poor mental health, violence and antisocial behaviours.

Join us for our upcoming webinar ‘Let’s Talk Young Men’s Health’ this International Men’s Day on 19th November to learn how you can have these conversations at home to improve your son’s well-being.

He wants to make a change and promote positive mental health through meditation, kindness and gratitude. Find out more about Cooper and the Good Human Factory here: https://www.thegoodhumanfactory.com/

As a 'boy champion', Maggie says she is joining this Top Blokes webinar because she is incredibly passionate about young men's mental health and wellbeing. A key part of this is supporting parents, teachers and other 'lighthouses' in young men's lives to better understand what's going on for our adolescent boys and how we can guide and support them with warmth and compassion to grow into being healthy, happy men. Learn more about Maggie here: https://www.maggiedent.com/

All of our speakers have experienced their own form of struggles with mental health in young men, through either themselves, family or friends. They have all dedicated their lives advocating for mental health and strategies on how to support those who are struggling. Come and hear our wonderful speakers share with you their tips and advice on how to support your young man at home.

We look forward to seeing you there.
