Let’s paint together!

A delightful painting adventure to strengthen the bond with your little one. You and your little one will receive a canvas each and be expertly guided with easy-to-follow instructions to paint a matching artwork, to forever remind you of your special day out.

Whether you’re a Mum or Dad, grandparent, aunt, uncle, or carer, you and your child will each be painting on a tabletop easel and learn how to paint a matching art piece, there's plenty of room for individual expression and to add your special touch to your individual artwoks. 

Set in the stunning setting of Magpie Springs, you'll each discover your inner artist in a fun and encouraging environment. Plus, don't forget to look out for Avril's resident possum!

Throughout our fun session, we'll be working in acrylic paints to create a dreamy cherry blossom forest, finishing up with a silhouette of the stag, or you may choose a cat, dog, fox... just use your imagination. 

What to expect: 

- Sessions are three hours, including a short break, and include absolutely everything to create your two take-home masterpieces on gallery-style canvas!
- The class includes two canvases and everything for one adult and one child to create a piece of art each. Sessions are appropriate for school-aged children up to adults.

What to bring: 

- Bring along your own picnic lunch and soft drinks. Adults are able to purchase boutique wine, barista coffee, tea, or hot chocolate to kickstart the day.
- Paints used are water-based acrylics and will stain clothing, so make sure you and your little ones wear suitable attire.

Your artist Kerry Mart has a wonderful way of bringing out the inner artist in beginners in a step-by-step demonstration making it easy for you to follow along with, sharing all her tips and tricks, whether you're a beginner or an experienced artist, you'll have fun splashing paints around.
