Join us for a lively, welcoming day of workshops designed for LGBTQIA+ international students, alumni, and allies. Through creative, gentle, and interactive activities, we’ll explore:

How our identities shift and evolve in different stages of romantic relationships

How to stay connected to ourselves through emotions and movement

What effective communication looks like in real life
-
How to express emotions authentically—without being taken over by them
-
Setting healthy boundaries and honouring them with care
No movement or theatre experience needed—just bring your curiosity and an open heart!

This workshop day is especially for:

Allies who want to better understand queer relationships

Anyone reflecting on their relationship status (single, seeking, in a relationship, going through a breakup, etc.)

People who want to strengthen their self-awareness and build more respectful, connected relationship
