A Day of Connection, Self-Discovery & Communication

🌈 What It’s About

Join us for a lively, welcoming day of workshops designed for LGBTQIA+ international students, alumni, and allies. Through creative, gentle, and interactive activities, we’ll explore:

  • How our identities shift and evolve in different stages of romantic relationships

  • How to stay connected to ourselves through emotions and movement

  • What effective communication looks like in real life

  • How to express emotions authentically—without being taken over by them

  • Setting healthy boundaries and honouring them with care

No movement or theatre experience needed—just bring your curiosity and an open heart!

🫶 Who This Is For

This workshop day is especially for:

  • LGBTQIA+ international students & alumni

  • Allies who want to better understand queer relationships

  • Anyone reflecting on their relationship status (single, seeking, in a relationship, going through a breakup, etc.)

  • People who want to strengthen their self-awareness and build more respectful, connected relationship

  • Deepen your connection to your body, emotions, and identity

  • Learn how your identity shows up in different relationship stages

  • Build confidence in expressing yourself clearly and kindly

  • Practice setting boundaries through fun, accessible activities
