Maryborough District Health Service (MDHS) and Women's Health Loddon Mallee (WHLM) invite community to join a free health education session for women and gender diverse people in Maryborough as part of the MDHS 16 Days of Activism calendar of events.

This 'Let's Talk Mental Health' session will cover the following topics:

  • Understanding what influences mental health & wellbeing

  • Barriers to talking about mental health

  • Where to get support and what's available locally

  • Tips and tools for mental health maintenance
