Event description

Learn about the history of letterpress printing, set your own type, and take home your very own memento. Join Cultural Collections Librarian, Anne Goodfellow, at the University of Sydney and work with the early 19th century Albion printing press (known fondly as the Piscator Press).  

Please note that there are two repeat sessions available – Monday 20 October 2025 and Wednesday 22 October 2025. You only need to book one of these sessions.  

These workshops are capped at 6 participants. If you book and cannot attend, please cancel your ticket to give others an opportunity (alternatively, get in touch via email cultural.collections@usyd.libanswers.com).
