This discussion will helpful for solicitors and junior barristers as they navigate the briefing process. Matt and Josephine will address four key areas: the logistics of putting together a brief to counsel; the preparation and centrality of observations to counsel and chronologies, with some observations about approaches to drafting both; working with counsel after the brief has been sent; and how to lose a case.
