It will be held at Pūtangitangi Greenmeadows Centre - Kotuku Room - Corner of Songer St and Main Road Stoke.
Expand your awareness. Enhance your life.
WE KNOW THE BENEFITS OF MINDFULNESS. HOW DO WE MAKE IT STICK?
All of us who have tried mindfulness practice have felt some of the benefits. The challenge is always, how do we make them stick?
When the challenges of life come our way, what happens to our practice? Is it something we lean into, or something we forget?
Rather than being a chore or something we "should do", mindfulness practice can become something that supports our intentions and the kinds of lives we want to create.
This course will build on the foundations you've laid, and expand your knowledge, skills and confidence. Equipped with understanding, we can take the reins on our own sense of growth and fulfilment.
We will reconnect with our motivation to reignite our practice.
We will learn tested reliable methods and enjoyable practices.
We will troubleshoot any difficulties and the inevitable obstacles that arise.
We will strengthen positive habits to embed the learning and build a sustainable and satisfying practice.
And we will be part of a rich and supportive learning environment.
Wherever we are, we can always go to the next
level!
