Description

If you’ve ever wondered how people actually build a career in social impact and what it looks like at different stages of life and leadership — this is the conversation you’ve been waiting for.

Join the Social Impact Hub for a candid, energising panel with three leaders whose careers prove there’s no single path into purpose… but there are patterns, lessons, and shortcuts you can steal.

What We’ll Cover

  • How people actually get jobs in social enterprise (including the hidden job market no one tells you about).

  • The career routes available for purpose-driven people — from entry-level roles to C-suite to founder.

  • How to map your existing skills to the needs of the impact ecosystem.

  • What hiring managers in social impact look for (and what they secretly wish candidates knew).

  • The emerging skills shaping the sector over the next five years.

  • How the Social Impact Fellowship helps people at every stage — whether you’re just starting, scaling your influence, or making a bold career pivot.

Expect practical insights, surprising stories, and honest reflections on the highs, lows, and “pivot moments” that define a career of meaning.

Whether you’re impact-curious, impact-ambitious, or impact-experienced, you’ll walk away with clarity, confidence, and a far better sense of the pathways open to you.
