Are you ready to level up yourself and your life with a 3-minute freezing cold Ice Bath Event right here in Ballarat?
Guided by me, Ash Bedford in Collaboration with Tracey Hargreaves from Absolute Yoga, you will be guided through Wim Hof Breathing exercises for 30-40 minutes, then fully immersed in a freezing cold ice bath with 5 other people for 3 minutes.
I am a Shamanic Healer, Yoga Teacher and Therapist, Holistic Health Practitioner, Medicine Man, and Spirit Guide.
During this event, I will guide you on the most powerful journey you have ever been on.
You'll break through fear, smash old limiting beliefs that you've held about yourself and level up your Consciousness, moving toward full abundance, freedom, and unconditional love.
Your life will never be the same after this event.

The event is held at my beautiful and Sacred Permaculture Homestead here in Alfredton where I grow many sacred plants and fungi.
We also harvest all our own rainwater so you'll be immersing yourself not only into the cold but connecting the beautiful water medicine which we will also Crystalise on the day using Rose Quartz.
So you'll be bathing in beautiful fresh, clean, crystalline, rainwater, straight from Mama Gaia. The energy will be off the charts.
I'll also be performing Shamanic Drumming throughout this experience.
