Event description

Join an online collaborative conversation about LGBTI Inclusive Care in ageing and aged care settings, facilitated by Silver Rainbow trainers from Twenty10 and Transgender Victoria (TGV). We will discuss the topic:

Working with Trans and Gender Diverse People in Ageing and Aged Care

There'll be time for questions and answers, and discussions with other people working in your sector who are passionate about LGBTI inclusive ageing and aged care. 

Format: 90 mins of interactive presentation, discussion and activities. The training is delivered via Zoom.


Twenty10 and Transgender Victoria (TGV) deliver Silver Rainbow: LGBTI+ inclusive aged care services training as part of a federally funded program. This training is available to anyone providing services for older consumers and aims to build the capacity of aged care services to adopt practices that create an inclusive and welcoming environment for all LGBTI (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Intersex) older people.
