Welcome to our Diverse Voices webinar series where we talk about what life in the Leadership Development Program looks like. 

Join us for an empowering webinar featuring Leadership Development Program alumni who are part of the LGBTQIA+ community as they share their experiences teaching in schools. This panel discussion will explore the unique challenges and triumphs faced by LGBTQIA+ educators, including navigating school culture and policies, creating inclusive classrooms and fostering a supportive environment for all students. Our speakers will offer personal insights and strategies for thriving in educational settings while embracing their identities.
