Liberate - A Somatic Freedom Experience

Journey into the healing rhelms of the body as we come together in movement, breath and conscious activation in order to Liberate yourself from the patterns and stories of your past. 

Unlike other breathwork events out there, we with the Psychosomatic prospective and process of healing, through safety and eductaed intuition we work with each person in the room to assist in the Liberation process. 

The body holds on to old experience even when the mind wants to move on. By creating the space for yourself to be held in safety, your body can open up and let go of the emotions, hurts and expectations of the past. 

Leave a sense of isolation, frustration and confusion behind, fully stepping into who you are here to be in this moment. 

From the hosts of Breathe & Release, this re-invention will empower you to new heights while guiding you safely through the pits in which we must face to reach them.

March 8th 2025 we will meet at The Scarborough Community Centre by the beach at 5:45pm for a 6:00pm start. 

The event will run until 9:00pm

Adam Gillie 

Psychosomatic practitioner, coach & NLP practitioner, Adam guides his clients into alignment through movement and choice in behaviour, using techniques gained from his study of Dr John Demartini, Biomechanics and Functional patterns, he guides clients back to a place of power. Passionate about working with Single Dads to redefine what it means to be a Father and build healthy happy families.  

Nerida Mills

Master psychosomatic therapist and healer, speaker, NLP practitioner, Meta Dynamics facilitator, hypnotherapist, coach and the mother of the Life As Medicine philosophy. Nerida has been working in personal transformation for over 12 years guiding clients to come home to the truth within themselves and to express all of that self with the world. Her focus now, is in sharing Life As Medicine with the world and helping more people connect in, trust and truly live.
