Maybe the best way to describe an Immersion is visualising yourself learning a new language, living for a period of time in a new country. It would be an immersive experience, which means intense, deep and sometimes, discombobulating...😜

In an Immersion, we experience the Liberating Structures at all times, structuring all interactions with the group.

👨‍💻👩‍💻 Virtual Immersion?

Designed during the pandemic by LS veterans and Alkimia's ‘LS Senseis’ Fernando and Carol, re-designed their 2-day in-person workshop into 4 dynamic and interactive online sessions, each lasting 3,5 hours, via Zoom. This format allows a deep dive into the world of Liberating Structures in a consistent learning experience. The virtual interaction becomes also a stepping stone to enhancing your in-person facilitation skills.

Throughout these 4 weeks, you will experience a multitude of Liberating Structures, unlocking their potential for various scenarios and contexts. Together, we'll unravel the endless combinations and applications of LS, equipping you with versatile tools to boost your practice in the field.

Meet your facilitators

Zoe Fitzgerald, Director of Alkimia Learning, will be your lead facilitator for this Virtual Immersion Program. Zoe has more than twenty years of international experience in facilitation, change and learning experience strategy and design. She is a certified Team Coach, Kaospilot and Time to Think Facilitator.

Zoe has been infusing Liberating Structures into her on and offline facilitation practice since 2019.

Zoe will also be joined by an Apprentice Alumni Facilitator who is continuing their development journey 🌟
