This isn’t about pretending the past didn’t happen. It’s about breathing through it, reclaiming your voice, and feeling what it’s like to move forward without being defined by what came before.

Because this journey is carried by the music more than the words, and because you’re free to move in and out of the intensity as you feel guided, it’s also one of the best places to begin. If this is your first breathwork journey, you don’t need experience. You need willingness. The music leads, and you set the depth.

What to Expect

🧘‍♂️ Grounding & Presence: We begin with a guided meditation to settle the mind and ease into a space of calm and openness.
🦺 Part 1, Deep Connection & Journaling: Through simple yet profound connection exercises, we cultivate an atmosphere of trust and support, inviting you to simply be as you are.
🎧 Part 2, The 9D Breathwork, a journey to the core of you: The heart of the experience. Using immersive sound, gentle guidance, and deep breathing techniques, you will embark on a journey inward.
✨ Part 3, Integration & Sharing Circle: We close with a gentle meditation to integrate the experience, followed by an optional sharing circle to reflect and connect in a safe, welcoming space.

9D Breathwork is an immersive journey that blends the ancient technique of pranayama (breathwork) with hypnosis and a range of vibrations, sounds, and frequencies designed to access the subconscious mind, release trapped emotions and traumas, and help rewire the brain.
