This 6-week workshop series is for small business owners, freelancers, and radical folks who want to make financial decisions that actually align with their values.

We’ll unpack harmful money stories, break down essential financial tools (like budgets and cash flow projections), and help you figure out things like how to pay yourself—without relying on exploitative capitalist models.

What we'll cover:

Week 1: My Money Stories
Unpack your personal relationship to money — from scarcity and shame to possibility and power — while building a household budget that reflects your real life and values.

Week 2: Understanding My Finances
Demystify business finances by learning to read your own profit & loss statement and building a needs-based business budget rooted in care and sustainability.

Week 3: Integration + Catch-Up
We’ll take a collective pause to breathe, reflect, and work through the homework together. Bring your questions, spreadsheets, and tea — this is our chance to move at the pace of understanding, not urgency.

Week 4: Designing Cash Flow Projections
Start mapping out what sustainability looks like month to month — without spreadsheets that make your eyes cross. You’ll learn to project income and expenses in a way that feels grounded and doable.

Week 5: Paying Myself
Create a fair, realistic system for paying yourself — one that honors your labor and supports long-term stability.

Week 6: Integration + Practice
A second rest week to consolidate everything we’ve learned. We’ll revisit budgets, refine systems, and make sure you walk away confident in your numbers and your relationship with money.
