Yes. Attendees can request a full refund up to 7 days before the scheduled date of the live masterclass.
In the event of illness or cancellation of the masterclass due to unforeseen circumstances, the Library Leaders Hub event will be rescheduled to a later date. Attendees will be offered the choice of a full refund or a ticket transfer to the rescheduled date.
