"LIFE" : Apollo Bay Arts Inc. Gallery GROUP EXHIBITION

OPEN CALL / GROUP EXHIBITION NOVEMBER 2024 / THEME: "LIFE"

OPENING NIGHT EVENT: Friday 1 November 5.30 pm to 7.30 pm

The Apollo Bay Arts Inc. Committee is excited to invite you to be part of our fundraising group exhibition:

• Artists must comply with the Terms and Conditions of this exhibition. PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU ENTER
• Entry fee $10 per artwork displayed - Payable THIS PAGE. 
• Works must be original, not previously displayed at the Gallery or Apollo Bay Art Show, and be an interpretation of the exhibition theme: LIFE.
• Maximum of three works in any medium (2D or 3D). Max size for 2D works is 80 cm on the horizontal side. Speak with us if you want to enter an oversized piece.
• Commission is 20% of the sale price of your artwork. We invite all artists to volunteer to assist with Gallery sitting and or logistics to gain a discounted commission rate of 10%.
• Keep a copy of your entry to bring when delivering work. 
• A maximum of 60 artworks can be displayed due to the Gallery size. Get your applications in EARLY as Entry will close once this number is reached. Entry may close before 25 October. 

IMPORTANT DATES  

• ENTRY DEADLINE: 25 October 2024 (or before this date if max numbers are reached prior).
• DELIVERY OF ARTWORK: Sunday 27 October 12 - 1 pm OR Wednesday 30 October (10 - 11 am). LATE DELIVERIES MAY NOT BE ACCEPTED. 
• UNSOLD ARTWORK COLLECTION: Tuesday 5 November, 12 - 3 pm
• OPENING NIGHT EVENT: Friday 1 November 5.30 pm to 7.30 pm

SATURDAY, SUNDAY, MONDAY 2nd - 4 November: 10 am to 4 pm

TUESDAY 5 November:  10 am to 3 pm
