Travel instructions

Train: Take the Sunbury or Watergardens train and get off at West Footscray Station. Exit the station onto Cross Street. Take a right onto Cross Street. Turn left into Gordon Street. Drill Hall is on the corner of Barkly and Gordon Streets. Enter the car park from Barkly Street. Come through the the car park and up the concrete ramp to the Women’s Circus front door. Bike: Women’s Circus has four metal bike racks out the front of our venue to secure your bike. Bus: Stop outside of Drill Hall on Barkly Street. Routes include: 410 / 216 / 219. Parking: Parking is limited onsite. We encourage you to find on street parking.

Women's Circus staff will greet you in the foyer to direct you where to go.

Please note we have a gravel driveway.

Toilet location

Wheelchair and ambulant toilets are located onsite within Drill Hall. All toilets are for all genders to use.

Accessible parking

One wheelchair accessible parking bay is available onsite near our front entrance. To access this park enter via the Barkly Street entrance.

Auslan interpretation

Auslan (Australian Sign Language) Interpretation is offered in all performances.

Sensory Friendly performance

Saturday 10 December 3pm matinee show. A sensory friendly show is a performance that has been adapted in particular ways which make it more accessible for a range of potential audience members, including autistic audiences, as well as audience members with sensory or communication conditions or learning disabilities. In this session the intensity of sound and lighting will be reduced. Audience members can feel more free to move around, make noise, behave in non-normative ways, and generally react to the performance as they please. A “chillout space” will be available to audience members who may need a break from the show. Wheelchair access

Women's Circus venue is fully wheelchair accessible. Wheelchair accessible toilet on site. One wheelchair accessible parking bay available near front entrance (access via Barkly Street entrance). Please note we have a gravel driveway.

Subpacs

Two Subpacs (wearable vibration vests) are available for Deaf and hard of hearing patrons to use each night (no fees apply). If you would like to book one for use please contact the office on info@womenscircus.org.au.

Infants under the age of two are permitted free of charge provided they do not occupy a seat.
