Life in Motion
Event description
What to expect from Life in Motion? We are beginning at 10am with a message from Reachout Australia to discuss mental health for young adults.
We will then warm up with Kevin Lugo who will be leading a fun Latin Zumba-style dance.
Next, get ready to sweat with GMFIT in an equipment free HIIT workout!
Don’t miss the drawing of the raffle! If you do, we will be posting the lucky winners after the event.
To finish, we will cool down with Bianca Scalone in a guided yoga and meditation session.
We cannot wait to see you all there!

ReachOut is the most accessed online mental health service for young people and their parents in Australia. Their trusted self-help information, peer-support program and referral tools save lives by helping young people be well and stay well. The information they offer parents makes it easier for them to help their teenagers, too.
ReachOut has been championing wider access to mental health support since they launched their online service more than 20 years ago. Everything they create is based on the latest evidence and is designed with experts, and young people or their parents. That’s why ReachOut is a trusted, relevant service that’s so easy to use.
Accessed by more than 2 million people in Australia each year, ReachOut is a free service that’s available anytime and pretty much anywhere
Mental health is a serious topic and we recognise the delicacy in which it must be discussed. If you or anyone you know require urgent help, please reach out.
