    Event description

Come along to our Information Night on Lifestyle Health to learn how to feel better and avoid our biggest killers, heart disease, cancer, diabetes, autoimmune disease, obesity and other lifestyle diseases.  And if you have been diagnosed with one of these, you can actually support your body to begin to reverse the symptoms naturally.  There are no gimmicks, this can be done very simply by just switching a few choices here and there and as they say, small changes equal big changes.  This is a very cost effective way to learn about the most important and precious possession you have...YOU.

We will begin with short introductions and then there will be a presentation.  Afterwards you will indulge in a delicious and healthy meal. There will even be some after dinner sweet treats that you won't believe are healthy too.  After dinner, we are happy to show a health documentary so if you would like to stay, it will finish up at around 9.20.

We have had lovely comments from our last few information nights, such as "we learned so much" and "great night, just what I needed and A-MAZING food ."  We have even had the comment that "its life changing," and "i have my health back," and "in 8 weeks, I've lost 5 kilos, I sleep so much better and I'm coping with life so much better."

If you have always been curious about lifestyle health and how to look after yourself through the years, this is for you. The most important thing you can do for yourself is look after your health, as they say, "good health is the greatest wealth."
