If you've felt the pull to speak what you feel this three-month series is your invitation.

Across three evenings, we'll support you to clear what has silenced you, open the throat chakra, and prepare you to channel light language.

The Journey

• Session 1, Clear (Feb 19): Release what has silenced your voice.

• Session 2, Activate (Mar 19): Open the throat and meet your soul gifts.

• Session 3, Embody (Apr 23): Embody and channel your truth, and step into light language.

How each session flows
Every evening begins with gentle yin and breath to settle your nervous system and bring you into the body. We then open the Akashic Records and move into sound, channeling, integration and practice.

Between sessions you'll receive practices to support your journey.

Comfortable clothes you can move and breathe in, a water bottle, and a journal.

Will I be asked to speak out loud in front of others?
Never against your comfort. Sound and voice are invited, not demanded, and you're always free to explore quietly at your own pace.
