Light Movement & Breath
Event description
Activate your feminine energy through a deeply relaxing yet energising movement, breath & voice sequence accompanied by light language.
The goal of the class is to let go of the worries in the heart, thoughts in the mind and tension in the body. To surrender to the present moment by focusing our attention on the sensations in the body and to tune into the power of the feminine energy through the flow of gentle movements and breathing exercises vocalising our outbreaths while placing our attention in different parts of the body.
We start the class with settling into our bodies, into the present moment and doing a few very gentle stretches. Then we move into more energising movements while sitting down on the ground, activating the flow of feminine energy in our bodies by moving in waves, circles and spirals. Then we start the breathing exercises: we'll be using our voices on the outbreath, creating beatiful resonance and vibrations through every cell of our bodies, getting into even deeper relaxation. And we finish with a short guided meditation. All of this is accompanied by the power and high frequecies of light language, spoken throughout the class.
Light language is a form of transmission of high vibratory energy by vocalising it. It comes from our higher aspects and allows us to tap into a more expanded consciousness. Letting the vibrations wash over your mind and body helps you to match that frequency and receive light codes of information to nourish your heart, body and soul.
This is a very gentle class, most of the exercises are done either lying down or sitting on the ground. It is expected that you can sit crosslegged for up to 20 minutes at a time. Apart from that, the class is suited to people with any level of fitness.
