Lighten Up

After a lifetime of being told she can’t take a joke, pip adam wrote the book, kluge, in the style of a stand-up comedy special. With Hugo Grrrl, pip explores the structure of comedy, the politics of laughter, and the weaponisation of humour in contemporary culture.

Purchase your copy of kluge from VerbCrawl's official bookseller, Unity Books, or from the venue host, Aurelia Books.

This venue is wheelchair accessible.

This event is part of VerbCrawl, a one-night-only, high-energy literary festival, that takes over the streets of central Pōneke. For more information please head to verbwellington.nz.
