Lightrise Group Coaching with Gareth and Copilot

In this interactive session, participants will bring a specific area they want support with, whether it's leadership, mindset, career growth, or creative direction. Gareth Edward Jones, visionary coach and CEO of Lightrise, will guide the group using the GROW model (Goal, Reality, Options, Way Forward), supported by Copilot. This AI thought partner will enhance personal insight, structure, and strategy.

We're going to try something new. People will lead their own answers. We'll make ourselves comfortable with the process, then I'll introduce a great entry-level coaching model I was taught at Henley Business School. Attendees will move their way through the model as I safely guide them. Then, at the appropriate point, we'll turn to Copilot for some insights (optional if people feel safe enough using it), then we'll end our session with some visualisation tools which people can use outside of the session to help them enable their success.
