Beginners Linocut for fabric printing

Enjoy a creative Sunday learning to design and carve fabric block printing stamps from Lino. Various techniques will be covered including how to create different marks with different tools, how to come up with a simple yet effective design (examples and templates will also be available) and transfer to your lino block, and how to print using various approaches to colour and transfer. 

This class is designed for adults or mature teenagers aged 16+ (strictly no bookings for under 16s due to insurance). Most materials and light refreshments included in the price. BYO smooth cotton or hemp fabrics to print on i.e tote bags and tshirts (5 items max per person, further printing is possible but will incur a fee of $2 per item to cover ink costs)
