Astrologically, the Lion's Gate Portal is believed to open up a flow of energy between the spiritual and physical worlds, making it an ideal time for personal growth, transformation, and spiritual awakenings. During this time, the influx of cosmic energy can lead to heightened intuition, increased awareness, and a deeper understanding of one's purpose. Breakthrough Breathwork is a transformative practise that guides you into altered states of consciousness where profound healing, growth and emotional release can take place. 

Together we will explore the power of the breath, the power of community and the power of our own bodies to heal, release and regulate.

Yin Yoga is a more meditative practice, encouraging inward focus and breath awareness, while holding a series of slow, long holds and mat-based postures that stretch out the connective tissues and fascia. Your body will melt on the mat as you mindfully stretch out and release any built up physical tension.

The night will flow together to create a transformative space where we can feel wrapped in the magic of the Lions Gate Energies as we reconnect and realign with our souls true purpose.
