Spiritually, it’s seen as a time of heightened energy and clarity — a portal for deep transformation, intention-setting and reconnecting with your inner power. Meet Your Facilitators:

Aditi is a Mindfulness Practitioner passionate about sharing the magic of stillness, frequency and connection to self. She loves the science behind sound healing and breathwork, having used these healing modalities on her own journey from burnout to deep connection to self. She is passionate about helping others with stress management, nervous system regulation and mental health.

Jay is a certified breathwork instructor. He is passionate about sharing the wisdom behind breathwork and loves guiding people to reconnect with themselves, release trauma from the body and reset their nervous system. He offers weekly breathwork sessions in Batemans bay and 1:1 breathwork experiences.
