Listening In: Organs, Pathways, Ecosystems
Description
Listening In
This 4-week series focuses on the brain, heart, lungs, and digestive organs as interconnected ecosystems and pathways of circulation.
An experiential, somatic approach invites you to connect with your organs through embodied anatomy, movement and drawing. Based in Body-Mind Centering® and contemplative arts, these classes allow space for you to explore in your own way, in your own space.
Wednesday evenings in August, 7-8:15pm (AEST Melbourne time)
Sign up for the whole series to have access to class recordings for at least a year.
Sliding scale $15-30 per class - choose an amount that works for you. If finances are a barrier to participating, please get in touch.
