Event description

Listening to Injuries: Somatic tools for wholeness & healing

These sessions offer time to spend with yourself, to listen to your injuries and discomforts as well as your wholeness and wellness. We’ll draw on somatic tools from Body-Mind Centering® such as cellular breathing, whole-body fluid patterns, embryological states and soft tissue touch. We won’t be trying to fix or cure anything but rather giving ourselves time for integration and connection with places that feel in need of attention. Learn tools for self-care and embodiment in a supportive environment.

There will be time for guided writing or drawing and some small-group conversations.
The guided part of these sessions will be recorded and available for participants. Breakout rooms and conversation will not be recorded.

Live sessions Wednesdays 6:30-7:30pm Melbourne time (UTC +11)

Book individual sessions or the whole series. (If you want to book all five please use the 'Pay what you can - all 5 sessions' option under any date and save yourself some time and fees.)
