Tiffany Leahy–Regional AI Co.
Tiffany Leahy is the founder of Regional AI Co. and has spent 20 years solving commercial growth problems for global brands. She now does the same work for regional businesses in Central West NSW and beyond, bringing the commercial strategy and brand thinking that regional businesses have never had access to. She founded Regional AI Co. on a straightforward argument: for the first time, a five-person business in the regions can compete at the same strategic level as an enterprise in Sydney. AI makes that possible. The right experience makes it work. Regional AI Co. works directly with regional businesses to build market position, AI-powered systems, and the in-house capability to run them without an agency. It also works at the regional economic development level, building AI capability infrastructure across business communities with councils, RDAs, industry groups and chambers. Tiffany lives and works in the Central West. She and her husband run a small farming operation alongside the business. She understands small business, regional constraints, and the reality of doing more with less, because she lives it.

Hayley Urmston–MISO Studio
Hayley is the founder of Miso Studio - experts in website audits, SEO and AI-ready content, and helping businesses improve their websites, strengthen search visibility and prepare their content for the changing world of AI-powered search.
