Little Festive Meet Up

We've planned a truly special event to celebrate another year of being in the wedding industry. We want to let our hair down and really dress up and honour all that we’ve accomplished together, whether it’s been a triumph or a learning experience. Our events are always about connection. The thing we are most passionate about is creating a space where we can all feel more supported, empowered and connected. Wherever you are on your business journey, we recognise how important it is to have community around you. We wholeheartedly believe in community over competition.

This year, we’re mixing things up a bit to make it an even more joyous occasion! We want to elevate the experience and have heard your requests for the celebration to continue beyond just the meal. So, we’re excited to announce that we’ll be extending our lunch into a daytime clubbing experience in the Crypt downstairs for our official after-party, while still ensuring that you can head home for a cozy evening with a cuppa!

The Plan:

12pm Arrival for catch up & debrief; networking in our own unique style, no selling, no bullshitting, just good honest conversation leading to connection.

1pm for 2 courses from Kates Kitchen

After Lunch it's our Annual Wedding Quiz Experience from the Mounts very own Michele.

4pm We move downstairs for daytime clubbing in the Crypt - more fizz more dance moves and Pizza from Bianchi's

Celebrate until 10pm. If anyone still has dancing feet, they can carry on the night into Bristol.

The Details:

• A chance to catch up and debrief: It's been a long, hot season and we've definitely experiences some new challenges this year. We've got a designated networking hour to connect back in with our collegues and friends and have a little debrief.

• Beautiful Decor: Experience the stunning interior of the mount without with additional styling perfectly by Kirsten of the Little Wedding Helper that will set the perfect festive atmosphere.

• Fizz on Arrival: Enjoy a complimentary glass of fizz as you arrive to kick off the celebrations. We'll have a non alcoholic option too, don't worry - just let us know if you'll be needing this option so we have enough!

• 2 Course Meal - Indulge in a delightful two-course meal prepared by Kates Kitchen an amazing independent caterer based in Bristol.

  Menu option:

  Mains

  Rolled turkey, sausage, bacon and sage stuffing, gravy

  GF & Vegan Option: Roast root veg, mushroom and miso nut roast, cranberry sauce, artichoke crisps and gravy

  Pudding

  Chocolate chip & cranberry delice, pear, chocolate soil

  Chocolate & orange tart, crème fraiche

• Photobooth: We're normally the ones hiding behind the camera, trying not to be seen by wedding guests. Make sure you hop in the booth and capture memories with friends and colleagues in the Photobooth.

• After Party: Keep the celebrations going with an exciting after party down in the Crypt. We've got Marcus from Speaker Box ensuring nothing but an epic dancefloor with the best tunes.

• Pizza from the infamous Bianchi's to line our stomachs again.

We're planning a few little added extras but we like to make sure you have some surprises! Everyone is invited to spread the word.

Logistics & accessibility:

Disabled Access

We have a ramp leading to the crypt through our gardens on Lower Church Lane, the path wraps around the whole venue so you can access the Main Hall from the same path if you come up from St Michaels Hill loading bay.

Old Park Hill is the best route to go, if going straight to the Main Hall and a ramp is difficult.

We recommend parking at Trenchard Street Long-stay carpark.
