Little Things Workshop

Audience: 6 to 12yrs
Duration: 3 hours

Your students will dive into the wonders of nature, exploring the complexity of life in a fun and interactive way.

• Discover our mini beasts! Can you tell if they’re male or female?
• Investigate life cycles, ecological connections, fascinating relationships between plants and animals.
• Explore the art of camouflage - How do animals stay hidden, and how do biologists track them?
• Examine the parts of flowers - Your students will investigate these and so much more!

This engaging workshop will inspire curiosity and a deeper appreciation for the natural world. Don't miss out!

Additional Information 

• Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of the workshop at the ANSTO Discovery Centre. 
• Workshop includes a 15-minute recess outside (weather permitting). Please bring a bag with sunscreen, snacks, a hat and drink bottle. 
• All workshops are delivered by accredited educators with experience in science, engineering, programming and robotics.
