Surrounded by like-minded women in the safest sanctuary, you will become part of a community where you are held, seen and heard; free to express yourself authentically.

Your hosts for this event are Livvy and Lovie. Inspired by their own healing journey's, they have crafted this event to share all they have learnt to help light the way to a reality filled with love, expansion and freedom.

Livvy and Lovie work together at Swami’s, holding space for the most incredible people and supporting them on their own personal journeys of healing and growth.

We can’t wait to be in your magical presence, holding space for you, your inner children and your future self.

A little bit about Livvy

Livvy’s journey began when she realised that following the ‘traditional’ path wasn’t resonating with her at all. After an unfinished Uni degree in Marketing and a job that wasn’t aligned, Livvy moved to Byron Bay to discover her soul’s purpose and what truly lights her up. It was in Byron that Livvy found her love of sound bowls and stepped onto the path of discovering what she truly came onto this planet to do.

She began enrolling in self-love and self-development courses years ago to better understand herself, release suppressed emotions and traumas and to develop a loving and supportive foundation for herself; realising that healing and freeing herself was her goal.

She is passionate about self love, healing, meditation, movement and all things mystical and divine. Following these light ups, Livvy has become certified in Counselling, Life Coaching, Somatic Trauma Therapy and Sound Bowl Facilitation to learn how to hold and support others on their healing journeys.

Now living and working at Swami’s Retreat, Livvy loves to host workshops and meditations, spend time in the forest and continue on her journey of healing and expansion.

A little bit about Lovie

Lovie’s journey began where all spiritual awakenings begin… at rock bottom.

Lovie worked in a toxic environment within the sex work industry from 18. She suffered addictions, anxiety and ptsd prior to her understanding of how empathic and highly sensitive she truly is. She did not realise the damage she was causing to herself.

Working in this environment resulted in a complete dysregulation of her nervous system, a lack of love for herself, a codependency on mind numbing substances and an intense drive for money. Lovie was so out of her body, feeling overwhelmingly fearful of the world and more than anything, fearful of herself and her shadow. Lovie always knew that the life she was living was not for her. She always felt that there was more to become, but she didn't know where to start.

Yoga began as just a form of exercise, but quickly turned into a spiritual practice she had to know more about. Inspired by how her teachers held space and the euphoria experienced when completing a class, she decided to enrol in her teacher training course, and thus began her healing journey.

Lovie continued to go deeper into herself, where she found her love for the internal works of the Shadow, Inner Child, Trauma Therapy and Body Regulation. Now with her certificates in Yoga and Meditation, Anatomy and Physiology, Trauma Healing, Somatic Therapy and Breathwork- She works everyday sharing her teachings, discoveries, truth and story, in hopes to hold space, bring light, and inspire others.

She now aspires to show others how powerful the force of knowing yourself on a deeper level truly is.
