Live Fit for Men

If you would love to do more in the garden, or vary your exercise routine, then join our exercise group for men over 50. Our fun class is led by an experienced fitness instructor and combines strength, fitness, and balance training for men.

Mondays at 12pm, weekly

Ajani Neighbourhood House is the focal point for the Bulleen–Templestowe community. We respond to the diversity of cultures, ages and abilities in the community by providing a wide range of quality courses and activities. These are in an accessible, welcoming environment.

We offer education and training, a wide range of recreational programs, including

health and wellbeing classes,
art and cooking classes,
services including the Ajani Food Pantry, Power Saving Bonus assistance, and Tax Help.

Our social enterprise cafe offers a great place to meet up and enjoy coffee with friends.
