Live Health Event | Perimenopause and Menopause Health (*Online*)
Event description
Are you a woman in your late 30s, 40s or 50s, and wondering why life and health suddenly seem so much harder?
It could be your hormones!
Perimenopause and menopause are a time of massive transition in a woman’s life, but often are not talked about much (if at all!) - meaning many women may suffer in silence.
So we're on a mission to change this - to transform the narrative, get rid of the stigma, and empower women to take back control of their wellbeing.
Please join us for a fun, informative women's health workshop next month, to talk all things hormones, peri/menopause, and beyond.
And we've got a stellar lineup of speakers who work in female health and wellness, and will be diving into everything from hot flushes and mood swings, to declining libido and your pelvic floor.
Learn about:
- what perimenopause and menopause actually mean
- how hormones change throughout your cycle and life, and the effects of these changes
- oestrogen, progesterone, and tesosterone, and their impacts on health and well-being
- why mood and sleep changes are so common, and what you can do about it
- weight gain and insulin resistance
- tips to manage bowel and bladder symptoms
- whats the deal is with libido and sex
- foods to support hormonal wellbeing and peri/menopause
- the role of exercise in peri/menopause and beyond
- why bones and muscles matter, and how to protect yours
- the pros, cons, and types of HRT and how to know if it is right for YOU
Hurry up and grab your ticket now, and get ready to thrive (not just survive), and ticket, because this is an event you absolutely cannot miss!
