    Join Leigh and Trent for an evening supporting Live Learn Survive as Leigh shares her inaugural ‘Creating Little Superheros’ charity signature speech.Live Learn Survive is a charity on a mission to teach children life skills to survive their worst day.

    Only 9% of 10-year-old children know a rescue skill and in the of 5 – 14-year-olds age group 71% of drownings are boys. By teaching kids’ life skills, they become confident, empowered and know what to do in an emergency. Through our books and education programs we help kids unleash their inner superhero.

    Leigh Mason will be delivering her inaugural signature speech for Live Learn Survive sharing the story of how the charity came to be from a sunrise swim to 30,000 children educated with a vision that no child gets left behind. Joining Leigh afterwards for a fire side chat will be Trent Maxwell, better known as Bondi Rescue’s Lifeguardmaxi who has shared this epic journey with Leigh. An unlikely partnership that has delivered so much since 2016 knowing that play can be a serious business. 30,000 kids in over 6 countries, award winning books mailed to over 30 countries and children and young adults learning online in over 25 countries, and they are just getting started.

    All in room fundraising is paid directly to Live Learn Survive and 100% of Event Profits and Sponsorship will be used for Live Learn Survive to deliver education in person to schools in South East Queensland. Trent and Leigh will travel to communities that have been affected by fire and floods to teach children the skills they need to survive their worst day, so they can help themselves and their community.
