After a break during COVID, the biennial multifaith Celebration of SRE is back in person! Special Religious Education is a valuable part of our NSW Government schooling system, and an important way parents can choose to have their children educated in the faith of their family. This year we will also be celebrating the other ways that faith groups supported their local communities during the COVID pandemic and went above and beyond to care for people who were in need and vulnerable.
At this event there will be presentations of awards for both outstanding service to SRE and student wellbeing and identity, and also for outstanding service to the community during COVID.
