Event description

We’re bringing back one of our most popular webinars ever! 🤩 🎉

Join Tara Kent (she/her) for an engaging online webinar which aims to educate and empower the parents and carers of children and young people, who have characteristics of both Autism and ADHD (sometimes shortened to AuDHD).

Tara is a Developmental Educator and the founder of Instinct Au which is an NDIS provider, with a neuroscience-based practice which focuses on brain and sensory-based strategies and early affirmation to help people listen to their own bodies and promote their authentic selves and identity. She is also an AuDHDer herself and a mother, whose raised her own family, including multiple neurodivergent children.

This is a new live event - but will present similar information to the previous event held in October 2023.
Attendees will also receive a 17 page information booklet to follow along with Tara during the session, and refer back to afterwards.

Register today to secure your place.

While this session is primarily aimed at parents, family members and other supporters may also benefit from attending. For those interested in Autism and ADHD in Adulthood – Tara’s previous webinar with us on that topic is available on our website as an on-demand.

A link to the live workshop on Zoom (or a similar platform) and the accompanying information booklet will be emailed to you prior to the event.

If you are unable to attend at the scheduled time, please note that it will be recorded and will be available on demand. A link (valid for 60 days after the event) will be sent to all attendees two business days after the workshop (on Wednesday March 26th), so that you may watch it at a time that is suitable for you.

Professional ticket holders will receive a 1.5 hr CPD certificate for their attendance after completing the feedback survey.

Please note that we no longer receive government support which allowed us to offer our events at a significantly reduced cost. We are still committed to running events at as low of a price as we can for Autistic people and their families, but have had to increase our ticket prices to help cover our costs. Therefore, we are no longer able to offer a free ticket option at checkout. If you are facing significant financial hardship or other marginalising circumstances, and this topic is of particular relevance to you please email learning@reframingautism.org.au.
