Welcome to a day of learning, connection, and innovation at this year's Live Well with Diabetes conference. We’ll hear from leading experts who will share the latest research, clinical strategies, and tools to improve care and outcomes for those living with diabetes.
ABOUT
This course has been designed as a one day, interactive, case-based workshop that provides health professionals with up to date evidence-based information to enhance the health professional’s ability to provide diabetes care and prevention for all ages.
Great Plains Diabetes (GPD) Professional Education Lectures are in collaboration with Health ICT, University of Kansas School of Pharmacy, Wichita State School for Physician Associates Program and Healthy Green Nutrition.
