Lived-in Colouring Fundamentals

This session focuses on teaching you the basics of creating a 'lived-in' colour using fast and effective techniques such as baby lights, drop foils, and balayage, to name a few. You’ll learn techniques to achieve the perfect blend of colour tones. The session also covers sectioning, application techniques, blending, mixing and applying the correct products, and conducting a full and thorough consultation to achieve the desired results.

All colourists looking for an entry into the world of lived-in colours. A basic level of colour knowledge is required.

• Lived-in colour techniques, patterns and foil placement

• Avoiding lines and patchiness; mastering colour blending

• Product selection and timing

• Tools for various techniques, such as colour paddles, foils, combs and brushes

Time: 1 day

Includes: Mannequin, achievement certificate, workbook, goodie bag and lunch.

Bring: Hairdryer, thermal tools, brushes, clips, tail comb.
