Liverpool Head to Health - Community Connection sessions

Join us and help shape a new mental health and social and emotional wellbeing service in South-West Sydney! 

Walk with us and bring your experience to help shape Liverpool Head to Health; a new service supporting better mental health and social and emotional wellbeing in South-West Sydney! 

This is an opportunity to share your perspective on what is needed in the Liverpool area, meet our staff, and find out how you can be involved moving forward.

These session/s are open to everyone in the Liverpool and South-West Sydney community, including: 

• Those with lived and living experience of mental health challenges, distress, adversity, recovery, or service use
• Those with experience supporting someone with these experiences as a carer, family member or significant other
• Service providers, including general practitioners, those working in community health services, and emergency services 
• Members of community groups and organisations 
• Anyone in the Liverpool community interested in learning more about the service

We hope this space will be a welcoming and inclusive space for everyone! If there is anything we can do to support your participation, please let us know. 

Liverpool Head to Health is being delivered by Neami National.
