Living Library: Chapter 14 @ Busselton Library

Kate Reading and Michael Pascoe will speak at the Busselton Library for Chapter 14 of Living Library- sharing stories of connection and community.

Kate Reading is a vibrant and engaged long-term Vasse resident who gives back to the community in many ways. Kate, Australia's very first female newsreader will have plenty to share with us! Imagine the stories of what it was like in the newsroom in the 70s! Come along and meet Kate and delight in her storytelling!

Michael Pascoe works in frontline peer support, facilitation, and coordination at Fresh Start Recovery Programme in Busselton, running recovery and rehabilitation programmes. Much of his work is with people caught up in the justice system and those working their way back into community — people who remind him a lot of where he started out.

With lots of stories to tell Michael loves to get to the gym, spend time with family and ponder questions of human potential.

Living Library is a free event, on Monday 12th October from 6pm – 8pm at the Busselton Library.
