Living Room Lowdown - Holding up the House
Description
Nau mai haere mai ki te Living Room Lowdown - Holding up the House
The session will be in conversation with Oz Harnett, a local outdoor educator and mental health advocate hosted alongside Te Akatoki at the Whare!
Drawing on Te Whare Tapa Whā, the outdoors, whenua, and his own lived experience, Oz will explore what it means to look after each part of our whare — and how connection to people, place, culture and ourselves can help us find our feet again.
Whether you're looking to learn something new, meet like-minded people, or simply be part of a welcoming community, Living Room Lowdown is a space where honest conversations and genuine connections can thrive.
