Do you have osteoarthritis, or want to know more about how to manage joint pain and stiffness?
Join us for a practical information session covering what osteoarthritis is, why symptoms occur, and what you can do to help manage them.
The session will provide practical advice you can use at home to help you move better, stay active and manage osteoarthritis with confidence.
Suitable for anyone living with osteoarthritis or wanting to learn more about joint health.
This session is run by Jo from Adelaide Hills Hand Therapy. Jo is a Registered Occupational Therapist and an Accredited and Certified Hand Therapist.
