Our first Living Well with Tender Loving Care community sessions are coming to Victor Harbor, Strathalbyn and Mount Barker.

This isn’t a presentation about a list of services.

It’s about helping older Australians and their families Understand, Live Well and Thrive.

We will unpack My Aged Care, CHSP, Support at Home, funding and contributions but importantly, we will also talk about what it really means to remain independent, plan before a crisis and find the right support to continue living life your way.

And our approach is different.

We believe you shouldn’t have to navigate aged care alone or wait until you are approved for services to start building a relationship with a provider you trust. That support can start with the very first conversation.
