Living with Australian Brush-turkeys Presentation
Event description
Join us for an exploration of the intriguing Australian brush-turkey. These native birds are full of surprises, especially with their unusual breeding and parenting methods. While their garden-digging habits might not endear them to everyone, Dr. Ann Goeth’s talk is sure to captivate all. She will share fascinating details about their behavior and provide useful advice on protecting your garden or deterring these birds from your property. There will be plenty of time for questions, and Ann will also sign copies of her latest books, “Amazing Annoying Birds: Living with Brush-Turkeys” and an illustrated children’s book about these extraordinary birds. Light refreshments will be provided. Limited to 80 people.
