Grief changes us.
Whether your loss occurred weeks ago or many years ago, the journey through grief can feel overwhelming, lonely, and difficult to navigate. While no one can take away your pain, you don't have to carry it alone.
Living With Loss is a therapist-led support group created to provide a compassionate, supportive space for individuals grieving the death of a loved one. Together, we will explore the emotional, physical, relational, and spiritual impact of grief while learning healthy ways to process loss and move toward healing.
Throughout our six weeks together, participants will:
Better understand the grieving process and the many ways grief can present itself
Learn evidence-based coping strategies for navigating difficult emotions
Explore practical tools for managing daily life while grieving
Honor the memories and continuing bonds with loved ones
Build resilience while making space for both grief and hope
Connect with others who understand the unique experience of loss
This group recognizes that healing does not mean forgetting. Instead, healing is learning how to carry your loss while gradually making room for joy, purpose, meaningful connection, and hope once again.
Whether you are mourning the loss of a spouse, parent, child, sibling, family member, or close friend, you are welcome here.
Space is limited to 8 participants to foster meaningful connection and discussion.
Investment: $75 per session
Registration Required
Please note: This therapeutic support group is designed for adults grieving the death of a loved one. While group therapy can provide meaningful support, it is not intended to replace individual therapy or crisis services. A brief screening may be completed prior to participation to ensure the group is an appropriate fit.
